Mysore T Chowdiah -Vathapi-Hamsadhwani 78 rpm Pts 1 & 2

Mysore T Chowdian was in Karnataka Tirumadukkal Narsipur Village IN 1895. Till 1927 he has not come in to much light . Violin was to have only 4 strings .There are no Ampiflier implications in those days.Hence backrows could not hear the sound . He increased 3 rows of strings without informing his guru. In 1927 he accompanied his guru Gurubidaram Krishnappa at one of Vocal Concerts withis his 7 strings Violin. His guru got annoyed and asked why he has increased the no of Strings. Chowdiah has replied in all humality , he did that for the sake of hearing public in order to make them hear properly since there is no amplification. In the same gathering Veena Seshanna also was there who has supported Chowdiah. Later Chowdiah played violin in another with Guru. Guru was pleased . Hence he brought a revolution in Violin Instrument.
